This page outlines our simple terms and policies regarding Payments, Returns/Refunds, Orders Not Received, Billing Terms, and an Indemnity Clause.

Payment Processing

FloxMonster™ is honored to have the Dreaming Gates Partnership handle our business processing. Therefore, your credit card statement will show either “DGATES COYOTEAS” or “DGATES FLOX.MONSTER”.

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards through our secure website.

Returns & Refunds

If there is ever an issue with your order, we will do our very best to resolve it quickly. However, the nature of what we sell limits our ability to offer refunds.

To explain: everything we sell is made-to-order when you purchase it. It is not kept in stock. Instead, we create the art, then contract through Printify.com to custom-print and drop-ship the items to our valued customers. Due to the unique character of those products, we must abide be Printify’s own Return Policy, which states they will only issue replacements/refunds if there is a manufacturing error. (You must also contact them within 30 days of delivery.)

For these reasons, we must abide by Printify’s Return Policy, and thus cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We will, however, try to work with you and Printfy to resolve any issues.

Orders Not Received

Most of our custom-printed products arrive within 10 days. However, a few may take up to 3 weeks.

If you do not receive your order within 30 days, please contact us and we will work hard to resolve the situation with Printify. An unhappy customer means an unhappy Floxmonster™, and that’s no good for anyone.

Billing Terms

Complete payment is due at time of purchase. Accounts which go unpaid due to accountholders’ negligence or action (for example, bounced checks, fraudulent transactions, refused payment, etc.) are subject to all fees and costs incurred by us as a result. In addition, we will charge accounts more than 30 days overdue a finance rate of 5% + APR, accrued daily. Lastly, accounts over 180 days overdue may be sent to collections. Communications: We will attempt to contact accountholders as soon we discover accounts are unpaid; however, failure to receive our communication does not exempt accountholders from paying their balance or associated charges.

Indemnity Clause

This part is to protect us from frivolous lawsuits: By using or observing our website, intellectual property, and/or products, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless FloxMonster™, our assigns, descendants, and partners from any sort of suit, charge, cost, or similar claim resulting from that use or observation. Furthermore, you agree not to apply the aforementioned products in a way which causes harm or suffering to yourself or to others. Have fun. 🙂
