IP Rights & Licensing

What we’re about to say is actually about respect. Do you respect FloxMonster™? Do you respect yourself? Nobody wants to be a thief, right?

Check this out: FloxMonster™ puts a hella lot of effort into his creations. And it’s not cool for people just to yank them and use them wherever. We’re talking days of time and energy for each piece. So just don’t.

Instead, check out the easy, free ways below to use FloxMonster™’s stuff legitimately. It saves a lot of pain for everybody.

First, here’s the legalese:

This website and its contents are copyright ©2022 A.M. Coy, All Rights Reserved.

That includes all text, images, code and concepts… except for that which is owned or held under prior license/copyright by parties other than A.M. Coy. Furthermore, the term “FloxMonster™” is under Trademark belonging to A.M. Coy. All the above are under the protection of, and subject to, United States and multiple International Laws. Violations will be met with not only criminal prosecution, but significant civil penalty for each infraction, cumulatively.

Now that we got that out of the way….

How to Borrow Our Stuff Legally

If you want to quote, re-post, copy, or use stuff that belongs to us on our site, here’s how to do it without getting bitten sued.

License

TL;DR: Do not sell our stuff, claim you made it, or use it for asshattery!

The following constitutes a non-exclusive license for limited use, which conveys no ownership. By using our Intellectual Property in any way, you thereby consent to and accept the entirety of this license.

You may not pass this license to others. You may not sell or resell items under this license.

Floxmonster™ / A.M. Coy maintains full ownership of all Intellectual Property we have created, including but not limited to: text, images, code, and concepts.

As such, under this license, Floxmonster™ has the right to withdraw permission to use said Intellectual Property from anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Should permission be withdrawn, all parties involved are legally obligated to discontinue use of, and to delete all copies of, all Floxmonster™-owned Intellectual Property within three (3) days, subject to criminal prosecution and civil suits.

By using FloxMonster™ material, all parties certify that they will never use it intentionally to denigrate Floxmonster™ (although parody is fine!), nor to support/spread hate, rape, graphic violence, abuse, bullying, anti-LGBT+ sentiment, or stupid closed-mindedness.

So long as you follow these terms, and the instructions below, you may use small portions of our material free of charge.
